Party in Dakar!

Hi again,

Here's a picture I meant to post yesterday but forgot! It's taken from a charity fundraiser put on by a English-speaking women's group here in Dakar that I have recently joined- both for social and charity events, and also for the chance to speak English!! This fundraiser involved members bringing foods from their countries of origin, so I had the opportunity to eat quesadillas, samosas, macaroni and cheese, hummous, and chocolate mousse!! YUM!! In this picture I'm sitting beside three Quebeçois women in Dakar for different volunteer projects.
