Hi all,
So Robyn has finally arrived in Dakar, and it's cold!! Well, not by Canadian standards, but a little windy. So far, she's been getting settled in, and we went for a walk yesterday by the mosque on the beach and went to a party with lots of French and Senegalese folks. Today we went to the beach- and swam!! It was around 18 degrees outside, and we were the only ones crazy enough to try it!! Also, Robyn brought me lots of goodies and now I have lots of great movies to watch. So all is well here, and we'll try to post some pictures soon.

How wonderful that your twin sister can visit and share this unique experience with you! Take lots of photos! By the way 18 degrees sounds like the tropics to us in Winnipeg! Love, Mom
